Being in the middle of a country as diverse as India, Central India affords the best of all to its guests. Sanchi
It is a renowned Buddhist site. It is adorned by a series of monasteries, Stupas, holy shrines and pillars. It houses the oldest stone structure in India which is the Great Stupa. Sanchi has many significant places that attract several pilgrims, tourists and historians to throng to this place. Sites like Gupta Temple, the Great Bowl, Sanchi Museum, Buddhist Vihara, Stupa (I, II, III), and Ashoka pillar are some of the popular tourist spots in Sanchi.

Gwalior
Named after saint Gwalipa, Gwalior is a land of music, art and history. Gwalior is one of the oldest gharanas. Gwalior is world renowned for its outstanding palaces, sacred temples and glorious monuments. Gwalior fort is a major attraction here which should not be missed. Shivpuri, Datia, Sonagiri,Pawaya are the other places of interest.

Orchha
Orchha is flanked with monuments big and small. Its temples speak of living Gods. In Orchha, Lord Ram is worshipped as a king and not as avatar of Vishnu. It is believed that Lord Ram rules Ayodhya during the day and travels to Orchha at night. With its striking forts, regal palaces, poetry carved temples and chhatris, Orchha  is a delightful place for photographers. During your visit, make sure to taste Kalakand which is a famous sweet of Orchha. The major attractions here are Chhatris, Dauji ki Haveli, Raja Mahal, Laxmi Narayan temple, Phool Bagh and so on.

Kanha
Mowgli, Sher Khan, Bagheera perhaps all these sound familiar to you. This is the land of Rudyard Kipling- Kanha. It is an ideal place to witness the combination of natural divinity and wildlife. This region has one of the most popular tiger reserves in the country. Only in Kanha you can spot the Barasingha. Mandla Fort, Phen Wildlife Sanctuary and Ramnagar Fort, Bamni Dadar are some of the tourist spots here. You can have a leisure jeep safari that lets you explore the jungle.
