Sri Ranganathaswamy Temple:
Reflecting Dravidian architecture, this temple is dedicated to Lord Vishnu. Its main entrance, the Raja Gopuram, is a major landmark. Recognized as one of the largest functioning Hindu temples in the world, the city of Trichy developed around this temple.

Tiruchirapalli Rock Fort:
Constructed atop a 273-foot rock, this historic fort houses the Shiva Temple and Uchchi Pillaiyar Koil Temple. The fort was used by the Vijayanagar rulers and later by the British for military purposes. It is currently maintained by the Archaeological Survey of India.

Kallanai DamKallanai Dam:
Built over the Kaveri River by the Tamil king Karikala Chola in the 2nd century AD, this ancient dam is one of the oldest water-regulating structures still in use today.

St. Joseph's Church:
Established in 1812 by the British, it is one of the earliest churches in Trichy and a significant Christian landmark.

Mukkombu:
Located on the outskirts of Trichy, Mukkombu is a popular picnic spot offering adventure activities, sports, fishing, and sightseeing.
