Surajkund Lake
An ancient reservoir from the 10th century, Surajkund Lake is amphitheatre-shaped and set against the Aravalli Ranges. Built by Suraj Pal of the Tomar dynasty, a Sun worshipper, it originally had a Sun temple on its western bank, now in ruins. It is one of the village’s major attractions.
Aravali Golf Course
Owned and operated by Haryana Tourism, the golf course derives its name from the Aravalli Ranges. Established in 1966 as Haryana’s first golf course, it was initially designed by architect Joseph Allen Stein and later re-designed by Stephan Kay from the USA. Spread over 75 acres with 12-hole facilities, it includes billiards, luxurious rooms, and committee rooms for visitors.
