DAY 01: ARRIVAL DELHI
Traditional Indian welcome on arrival followed by transfer to the hotel. The remainder of the day is at leisure.

DAY 02: DELHI
After breakfast, proceed for a combined sightseeing tour of Old and New Delhi. Drive past the Red Fort and enjoy a short cycle rickshaw ride through the narrow lanes of Chandni Chowk, visiting Jama Masjid, the largest mosque in India. Later visit Humayun’s Tomb and Qutub Minar, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and the tallest stone minaret in India. Continue past India Gate, the President’s House, and Parliament House, designed by British architect Sir Edwin Lutyens.

DAY 03: DELHI – BIKANER – GAJNER
Proceed to Bikaner, a prominent desert city of northern Rajasthan founded in 1488 by Rao Bika. Visit Junagarh Fort, an impressive 16th-century fortress renowned for its ornate interiors and blend of Rajput, Mughal, and Gujarati architectural styles. Later continue to Gajner and check in at Gajner Palace, set within a former royal hunting reserve beside a tranquil lake.

DAY 04: GAJNER – DECHU (DESERT CAMPS)
Drive to Dechu and check in at desert camps located in the heart of the Thar Desert. Later enjoy a camel ride across the rolling sand dunes, offering a glimpse into the rustic desert lifestyle. The evening is spent under the open skies, experiencing the unique ambience of the desert.

DAY 05: DECHU – JODHPUR – ROHET GARH
Drive to Rohet Garh, stopping en route at Jodhpur, famously known as the “Blue City” for its indigo-hued houses. Visit the massive Mehrangarh Fort, one of the largest forts in India, and Jaswant Thada, the royal cenotaph of the Marwar rulers. Continue to Rohet Garh, a heritage property set amid rural surroundings on the banks of a lake.

DAY 06: ROHET GARH – LAKSHMAN SAGAR
Enjoy a jeep safari to nearby Bishnoi villages, offering insight into the lifestyle of this ecologically conscious community. Later drive to Lakshman Sagar, a beautifully restored heritage property surrounded by scenic countryside, ideal for relaxation and quiet exploration.

DAY 07: LAKSHMAN SAGAR
Spend the day enjoying a choice of curated experiences at the property. Options include yoga and meditation, guided nature walks, village visits, heritage fort excursions, jeep safaris, and interactions with local artisans. The day offers a deep connection with the region’s culture and landscape.

DAY 08: LAKSHMAN SAGAR – SARDARGARH
Drive to Sardargarh, an imposing hilltop fort surrounded by forests and rugged terrain. In the afternoon, enjoy a village excursion by jeep, followed by evening tea near Lake Paal while witnessing a memorable sunset.

DAY 09: SARDARGARH
Enjoy a local train excursion through the Aravalli ranges, passing old tunnels dating back to the colonial era. Interact with local travelers, visit temples along the way, and return to the fort by jeep. Later, enjoy a guided tour of the historic Sardargarh Fort.

DAY 10: SARDARGARH – BERA
Drive to Bera, stopping en route at Kumbhalgarh Fort, a 15th-century UNESCO World Heritage Site famous for having one of the longest continuous fort walls in the world. Visit the Ranakpur Jain Temples, celebrated for their intricate marble carvings. Continue to Bera, set amidst the rocky landscapes of the Aravalli Hills.

DAY 11: BERA
Enjoy guided wildlife safaris in the morning and evening, with opportunities to spot leopards in their natural habitat. During the day, visit Jawai Dam, a scenic reservoir known for migratory and resident birdlife.

DAY 12: BERA – UDAIPUR
Drive to Udaipur and check in at your hotel. In the evening, enjoy a boat cruise on Lake Pichola, offering views of the City Palace, Jag Mandir, and surrounding hills.

DAY 13: UDAIPUR
Explore Udaipur’s City Palace complex, a vast ensemble of courtyards, museums, and decorated halls overlooking Lake Pichola. Visit Saheliyon-ki-Bari, the ornamental Garden of the Maidens. In the afternoon, stroll through the old markets of Udaipur, passing locations associated with the film “Octopussy.”

DAY 14: UDAIPUR – BHAINSRORGARH FORT
Drive to Bhainsrorgarh Fort, dramatically perched above the Chambal River on a steep ridge. Later visit the Baroli (Badoli) Temples, an important group of early medieval temples dating between the 9th and 11th centuries, noted for their architectural refinement.

DAY 15: BHAINSRORGARH – JAIPUR
Early morning enjoy a leisurely river cruise on the Chambal River, where crocodiles are often seen basking along the banks. Later drive to Jaipur and check in at your hotel.

DAY 16: JAIPUR
Sightseeing includes an ascent to Amber Fort by jeep, followed by exploration of its courtyards and halls. Visit Hawa Mahal, the City Palace complex, and the Jantar Mantar astronomical observatory. Spend time browsing Jaipur’s colorful bazaars.

DAY 17: JAIPUR – AGRA
Drive to Agra, stopping en route at Abhaneri village to visit the Chand Baori stepwell, an outstanding example of ancient water architecture. Continue to Agra and visit Agra Fort, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and former Mughal royal residence.

DAY 18: AGRA – DELHI – DEPARTURE
At sunrise, visit the Taj Mahal, built by Emperor Shah Jahan in memory of his queen Mumtaz Mahal and regarded as one of the finest monuments in the world. Later return to Delhi for onward departure.
