Passengers are required to report to the State Government Helipad on Sahastradhara Road, Dehradun — the designated starting and ending point of the Yatra. Upon arrival, our pilots and ground staff will brief all passengers on the journey plan, safety protocols, and essential guidelines.

Destinations: Dehradun – Yamunotri – Gangotri – Harsil – Kedarnath – Badrinath
DAY 01: Yamunotri – Gangotri
06:00 am: Departure from Sahastradhara Helipad, Dehradun
06:45 am: Arrival at Kharsali Helipad (Yamunotri)
Upon arrival at Kharsali, passengers will be welcomed by our ground team. A palki/pony service will transport you to Yamunotri Temple. The trek is approximately 6 km, and the round trip by palki takes around 5 hours. After darshan, return to the helipad for your onward journey.
01:00 pm: Departure from Yamunotri Helipad
01:45 pm: Arrival at Harsil Helipad
In Harsil, our representative will assist with luggage and transfer you to Himalayan Nature Resort, just 2 km from the helipad. After lunch, proceed by car to Gangotri Temple (24 km / approx. 45–60 minutes depending on traffic). Following darshan, return to the resort in the evening. Harsil offers a serene stay amid apple orchards and snow-clad mountains, with a river flowing through the property.
DAY 02: Kedarnath – Badrinath
06:00 am: Departure from Harsil Helipad
07:00 am: Arrival at Kedarnath Helipad
After early breakfast, depart Harsil by helicopter. As per government regulations, a helicopter change at Sitapur/Phata is required. Upon reaching Kedarnath, our ground personnel will escort you to the temple. VIP darshan slips (valued at INR 1,100 per person) are included for quicker entry.
09:00 am: Departure from Kedarnath/Guptkashi Helipad
10:00 am: Arrival at Badrinath Helipad
A private car will transfer you to Badrinath Temple for darshan before returning to the helipad.
12:40 pm: Departure from Badrinath Helipad
01:30 pm: Arrival at Sahastradhara Helipad, Dehradun
This concludes the Chardham Yatra.

Exclusions:

- Personal expenses such as tips, laundry, phone calls, beverages, room service, medical evacuation, etc.
- Any type of insurance
- Claims arising from delays due to weather, operational issues, or situations beyond control
Guidelines for Passengers:
- Only 5 kg luggage per passenger is permitted
- Passengers should carry handbags only; suitcases are not allowed
- Temples are located in high-altitude regions — carrying a personal medical kit is advised
- Passengers must be physically and medically fit
- Carrying a small oxygen bottle is recommended (available locally)
- Although daytime temperatures are moderate, nights can be cold — woollens are advised
Terms and Conditions:
- Only 5 kg baggage per passenger allowed; excess baggage may be refused
- Children above 2 years are considered full-ticket passengers
- No concession for children or senior citizens
- Total passenger weight must not exceed 350 kg
- Maximum 5 passengers per helicopter
- If weather or technical issues prevent completion of the itinerary, refunds will be issued for unutilized sectors only
- Rescheduling is subject to availability with a 10% fee if requested at least 7 days prior; otherwise treated as cancellation
- In case of natural calamities, political unrest, or other unforeseen events, additional expenses must be borne by passengers
- The company reserves the right to cancel, delay, or reschedule flights without liability
Communication: Most mobile networks work, but BSNL provides better coverage in several regions.
