Day 01: Srinagar
Your tour begins with arrival at Srinagar airport. Meet and greet, then transfer to the hotel. Enjoy a welcome drink on arrival. In the afternoon, experience a serene Shikara ride on Dal Lake. Overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 02: Srinagar – Sonamarg – Srinagar (86 km)
After breakfast, enjoy a full-day excursion to Sonamarg, one of the most scenic drives from Srinagar. Situated at 2,743 meters above sea level, Sonamarg means 'Meadow of Gold.' Surrounded by alpine trees and beautiful flowers, the town is dominated by snow-covered mountains. Optionally, take a pony ride to Thajiwas Glacier, where snow persists year-round. Return to Srinagar by evening for overnight stay.
Day 03: Srinagar – Gulmarg (52 km)
After breakfast, drive to Gulmarg. Enroute, visit Lamayuru Monastery and explore the mesmerizing Moon Landscapes, resembling lunar terrain. On return, visit Alchi Gompa, an 11th-century monastery complex celebrated for its architecture and artwork, followed by Basgo, known for the 15th-century ruins that dominate the village skyline. Arrive in Gulmarg for overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 04: Gulmarg – Pahalgam (142 km)
After breakfast, check out from the hotel in Gulmarg and drive to Pahalgam. Known as the 'Village of Shepherds,' Pahalgam offers breathtaking Himalayan views. On arrival, check in to the hotel. The rest of the day is free for leisure or individual activities. Overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 05: Pahalgam
After breakfast, enjoy a full day at leisure in Pahalgam. Explore the town on foot or take a pony ride to nearby attractions. Visit Mamaleshwara, a small Shiva temple with a stone tank, dating back to the 12th century, located across the Lidder River. Overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 06: Pahalgam – Srinagar (96 km)
After breakfast, transfer to Srinagar. Check in to the houseboat on arrival. In the afternoon, visit the Mughal Gardens, including Chashmi-e-Shahi (The Royal Spring), Nishat Bagh (The Garden of Pleasure), and Shalimar Bagh (Abode of Love). Also visit Hazratbal Shrine and Shankaracharya Temple. Dinner and overnight stay on the houseboat.
Day 07: Srinagar Airport
After breakfast, enjoy free time until departure. Transfer by car to Srinagar airport for your onward journey.
