Day 01 Arrive Kathmandu
Arrive by International flight, after traditional 'Swagat' (Welcome) our representative would assist you with transfer and check-in at the hotel. Kathmandu, the beautiful capital of Nepal. It is an enchanting valley steeped in sheer natural beauty, glorious history and rich cultural heritage. Occupying a prized place in the heart of the Himalayan Mountains, Kathmandu is affectionately considered to be one of the most beautiful urban locations in the world. It is truly a paradise for nature lovers. It offers breathtaking mountain views. Kathmandu is also famous for its night life, dotted with many luxury casinos.

Day 02 Kathmandu
Today we will go for a full day tour of Kathmandu City, Pashupatinath, Swayambhunath and Patan.

Kathmandu City

Known as Kantipur, the capital of the Kingdom of Nepal. Here you will visit the temple of the Living Goddess who acknowledges the greetings of the devotees from the balcony of her temple residence. Kashtamandap - the source of the name Kathmandu and supposed to be made from the timber of a single tree and the Durbar Square are with its array of temples overlooked by the Hanuman Dhoka Palace, the ancient place of the Nepalese Royalty.

Pashupatinath Temple

Pashupatinath is the largest Hindu Temple of Lord Shiva in the world, located along the banks of the Bagmati River in the eastern part of Kathmandu. The temple served as the seat of national deity, Lord Pashupatinath, until Nepal was secularized. The temple is listed in the UNESCO World Heritage Sites list.

Swayambhunath

Located approximately 4 Km/2.5 miles from Kathmandu City, this Buddhist Stupa is said to be 2000 years old. The Stupa which forms the main structure is composed of a solid hemisphere of brick and earth supporting a lofty conical spire capped by a pinnacle of copper gilt. Painted on the four sided base of the spire are the all seeing eyes of Lord Buddha. This hill is a mosaic of small Chaityas and Pagoda temples.

Patan

5 Km/3 miles away from Kathmandu City. Patan also known as Lalitpur, is the city of fine arts, enclosed within 4 stupas said to be built in 3rd century AD, by Emperor Ashoka. You will see the Durbar square; the Krishna Temple built by King Siddhi Narsingh Malla, Hiranya Varna Mahavihar and MahabouddhaTemple. A trip to The Tibetan Refugee Camp and the Handicraft Center will also be done while visiting Patan, where you will witness the hand weaving of Tibetan carpets and moulding of metal statues.

Day 03 Kathmandu - Chitwan (250 Km / 6 Hrs)
Drive to Chitwan which will take 6 to 7 hrs under normal road conditions. It may take more time in case of traffic jam or land-slides. We will drive to the resort in Chitwan. Upon arrival the naturalist will host reception, refreshments, briefing about the programs and the lodge/camp facilities.

The Royal Chtiwan National Park is a home to a variety of interesting wildlife. Some of its inhabitants are one horned Rhinoceros, several species of Deer, Sloth Bear, Leopards, Wild Boar, Fresh Water Dolphins, Crocodiles and about 350 species of birds, and not to forget, the exclusive Royal Bengal Tiger.

Day 04 Chitwan
Morning & Evening Safaris and Jungle activities as per lodge programme.
Excellent opportunities for bird watching and excellent chance to see four kinds of deer, wild roar, rhinoceros, monkeys, sloth bear, gaur and many other smaller mammals.

Day 05 Chitwan - Pokhara (140 km / 06 Hrs )
Early morning leave for Jungle Safari.  Post breakfast drive to Pokhara. Scenic drive under normal road conditions. Pokhara is affectionately dubbed as the valley city of Nepal. It's a blend of rich farmlands, forested hills and half a dozen lakes (famous Phewa Tal Lake). Offering bewitching views of the mountains, it is the second largest lake in Nepal. This fascinating lake is a bit hit with honeymooners.
Evening at leisure for independent activities.

Day 06 Pokhara
Morning: Half day sightseeing tour of Pokhara city and one hour boat ride at Lake 'Phewa'.

Pokhara

The rare combination of snow-clad peaks and snow fed lakes & rivers has helped to make the valley of Pokhara, one of the most picturesque natural attractions in the kingdom. It is located virtually in the geographical center of Nepal. Located on the main road between Kathmandu and Bhairahawa, there may be no other place in the world from where Great Himalayan peaks can be admired from such a close distance. The Bindhyavasani Temple on its well-kept platform overlooks a modest amusement park. Phewa Lake, skirted by a large numbers of unpretentious lodges and simple restaurants, is the most congenial spot for visitors.

Day 07 Pokhara – Kathmandu (200 Km / 7 Hrs)
Breakfast at hotel. Later we drive back to Kathmandu. The drive is scenic and beautiful. Arrive at Kathmandu and check-in at the Hotel.

Evening: We have a typical Nepalese Dinner with a Cultural Dance at a local restaurant.

Day 08 Depart Kathmandu
We ensure a punctual transfer to the airport for your onward travel.
