Day 01 : Arrive Cochin
Arrive by international flight in the morning. After a traditional 'Swagat' (welcome), our representative will assist you at the airport and transfer you to the hotel for check-in.

Cochin has long been a major trading port with historic links to the Middle East, Mediterranean Europe, and later the Dutch and British. It boasts one of the finest natural harbours along the Arabian Sea coast. Its cosmopolitan character is reflected in its architecture, showcasing Jewish synagogues, Portuguese churches, mosques, temples, and the iconic Chinese fishing nets, all within one city. A city of peninsulas and islands, Cochin today serves as Kerala’s commercial hub.

In the evening, witness Kerala’s most celebrated classical dance performance, Kathakali.

Day 02: Cochin – Munnar (150 km / approx. 4 hrs)
In the morning, proceed for a city tour of Cochin, visiting St. Francis’ Church, Dutch Palace (built by the Portuguese), Jew Town, the historic Jewish Synagogue (built in 1568), the aromatic spice market, and the iconic Chinese fishing nets.

Later, drive to Munnar. The scenic journey of approximately 150 km takes you through lush greenery, cascading waterfalls, rolling hills, and mist-covered valleys. Upon arrival, check in at the hotel for an overnight stay.

Munnar is one of South India’s most popular hill stations, located at the confluence of three mountain streams—Mudrapuzha, Nallathanni, and Kundala. Situated at around 1,600 metres above sea level, it once served as the summer resort of the British administration. Vast tea plantations, winding roads, trekking trails, and cool mountain air make Munnar a truly memorable destination.

Day 03: Munnar
After breakfast, proceed for a half-day tour of Munnar, visiting the expansive tea estates that carpet the hills and the renowned Eravikulam National Park, home to the endangered Nilgiri Tahr. (The park remains closed during January and February.) The rest of the day is free for leisure and independent exploration.

Day 04: Munnar – Periyar (160 km / approx. 4 hrs)
Today, drive to Periyar Wildlife Sanctuary, one of South India’s most popular wildlife reserves, beautifully set around a scenic lake. The sanctuary is home to elephants, deer, bison, birds, and other wildlife species. Enjoy the tranquil surroundings and natural beauty.

Day 05: Periyar – Kumarakom (145 km / approx. 3.5 hrs)
In the morning, enjoy an elephant interaction experience followed by a guided spice plantation tour. Later, drive to Kumarakom and check in at the hotel.

Kumarakom, located on the serene Vembanad Lake, is one of Kerala’s most enchanting backwater destinations. Surrounded by coconut groves, mangroves, lagoons, and paddy fields, this peaceful village offers a perfect retreat into nature. The region is rich in birdlife and traditional waterways, creating a calming and rejuvenating experience for visitors.

Day 06: Kumarakom – Alleppey (Houseboat)
After breakfast, visit the Kumarakom Bird Sanctuary, home to numerous resident and migratory bird species. Later, transfer to the jetty to board a traditional houseboat (Kettuvallam) and cruise along the scenic backwaters of Vembanad Lake.

Enjoy the serene surroundings as you pass through canals and villages, observing everyday life along the backwaters. The cruise concludes at Alleppey.

Day 07: Alleppey – Kovalam (185 km / approx. 4 hrs)
Disembark from the houseboat and drive to Kovalam, visiting Trivandrum en route. Explore the sacred Padmanabhaswamy Temple, the historic Napier Museum, and the Sri Chitra Art Gallery, showcasing works from traditional and modern Indian art schools.

Continue your journey to Kovalam, renowned for its crescent-shaped beaches and tranquil seaside ambiance. The destination is also well known for Ayurvedic wellness centres and rejuvenation therapies.

Day 08: Kovalam
The day is at leisure for independent activities, relaxation, or beachside enjoyment.

Day 10: Kovalam – Trivandrum (30 km / approx. 30 minutes)
After breakfast, transfer to Trivandrum Airport for your onward journey, carrying cherished memories of your Kerala tour.
