Day 01: Arrive Delhi
Arrive in Delhi by international flight. After a warm traditional ‘Swagat’ (welcome), our representative will meet you at the airport and assist with your transfer to the hotel for check-in. After breakfast, proceed for a guided sightseeing tour of Delhi at 1000 hrs, beginning with Birla Temple, followed by a drive past India Gate and the President’s House. In the afternoon, visit Humayun’s Tomb, Lotus Temple, Qutub Minar, and the Chhatarpur Temple complex.

Day 02: Delhi – Srinagar
After breakfast, transfer to the airport to board your flight to Srinagar, popularly known as the “Paradise on Earth.” Upon arrival at an altitude of 1,730 m, you will be assisted and transferred to your Houseboat / Hotel.

Later, visit the ancient Shankaracharya Temple and the renowned Mughal Gardens—Nishat Bagh, Shalimar Bagh, and Chashme Shahi.

Nishat Bagh, built in 1633 by Asif Khan, is the largest of the Mughal gardens and features seven terraces with a central water channel. Shalimar Bagh, laid out in 1619 by Emperor Jahangir for Empress Noor Jahan, comprises four terraces, with the uppermost reserved for royalty. Chashme Shahi, constructed in 1632 by Shah Jahan, is known for its natural spring and panoramic views of Dal Lake.

These gardens are set along the banks of Dal Lake, with the Zabarwan Range providing a dramatic backdrop. Shankaracharya Temple, located about 1,100 ft above the city on Shankaracharya Hill (Takht-e-Suleiman), is one of the oldest shrines in Kashmir.

In the evening, visit local handicraft and handloom centres known for exquisite Pashmina shawls and world-famous Kashmiri carpets. Evening at leisure.

Day 03: Srinagar – Gulmarg (60 km / 2 hrs approx.)
Begin the day with a serene Shikara ride on Dal Lake, one of the most relaxing experiences in Kashmir.

Early morning, enjoy a Shikara excursion through the waterways of Dal Lake to witness the unique Floating Vegetable Market. Observe aquatic birdlife, floating gardens, and lakeside communities before returning to the Houseboat / Hotel for breakfast.

After breakfast, drive to Gulmarg (Meadow of Flowers), situated at an altitude of 2,730 m. On arrival, check in at the Hotel.

Gulmarg is a vast alpine meadow surrounded by snow-clad peaks. On clear days, distant views of Nanga Parbat (8,126 m) can be seen. The region has also served as a backdrop for numerous Indian films.

A trail from Gulmarg leads to Khilanmarg and Kongdoori, while further ahead lies Alpather Lake (3,843 m), often frozen until mid-June. Gulmarg is also home to one of the world’s highest 18-hole golf courses.

Enjoy a ride on the famous Gulmarg Gondola, ascending through pine forests to Kongdoori. In winter, Gulmarg transforms into India’s premier ski destination.

Day 04: Gulmarg
After breakfast, the day is free to explore Gulmarg at leisure.

Day 05: Gulmarg – Pahalgam (160 km / 5 hrs approx.)
After an early breakfast, drive to Pahalgam (Valley of Shepherds) via Srinagar. On arrival, check in at the Hotel.

En route, visit the saffron fields of Pampore and the ancient Avantipur Ruins, temples dating back to the 9th century. The scenic drive passes through pine forests, villages, rice fields, and grazing meadows.

Pahalgam lies at the confluence of the Lidder River and streams descending from Sheshnag Lake. Once a quiet shepherd settlement, it is now one of Kashmir’s most charming resorts.

Nearby attractions include the meadows of Baisaran and the scenic Hajan Valley. Afternoon free for walks and photography. Optional horse riding is available (extra cost).

Day 06: Pahalgam
After breakfast, the day is free to explore Pahalgam at your own pace.

Day 07: Pahalgam – Srinagar (96 km / 3 hrs approx.)
After breakfast, drive back to Srinagar and check in at the Houseboat. The remainder of the day is free for shopping or independent activities.
